§ 1 Basic Provisions
(1) The following terms and conditions apply to contracts concluded with us as the provider (Revmax Technology Ltd.) via the online platforms eBay or CATCH by eBay.
(2) A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly not attributable to their commercial or self-employed professional activity.

§ 2 Conclusion of the Contract
(1) The subject of the contract is the sale of goods.
(2) When an item is listed by us on eBay or CATCH by eBay, the activation of the offer page constitutes a binding offer to conclude a contract under the conditions stated on the item page.
(3) The contract is concluded via various online purchase functions (e.g., Buy It Now, Shopping Cart, Bidding, Best Offer).

§ 3 Right of Retention, Reservation of Title
(1) You may only exercise a right of retention if it concerns claims from the same contractual relationship.
(2) The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.

§ 4 Warranty
(1) The statutory warranty rights apply.
(2) As a consumer, you are requested to check the goods upon delivery for completeness, obvious defects, and transport damage, and to notify us and the carrier of any complaints as soon as possible.

§ 5 Governing Law
(1) Austrian law applies. The provisions of the UN Sales Convention do not apply.

The contract language is German. The full contract text is not stored by us.
